Ordering & Payment
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Payment can be made via credit card or debit card.
- Orders are not accepted until dispatched. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment.
Delivery
- We are UK based and only able to ship within the United Kingdom.
- You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched, a tracking code will be included.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- The delivery costs are based upon product type & weight and can be seen in the basket. Some delivery options can also be seen in the table below. Be aware that shipping to more remote locations such as Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands may cost more.

Returns & Refunds
- You have the right to return unused products to us for a full refund, provided you notify us within 14 days after you have received the goods.
- You are under an obligation to return the goods to us at your own expense, unless we are at fault. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit to us.
Privacy & Cookies
- We only collect your personal information to fulfil orders. We do not share this information other than when necessary to fulfil an order, for example with the courier.
- Personal data may be kept for up to 2 years, after which it is purged.
- Email addresses will only be used as a method of communication when orders are received and dispatched, or for when further communication is required. Email addresses will not be added to any kind of mailing list.
- We use cookies to control sessions and allow the basket to function. No personal information is stored in these cookies.
